How do I change my delivery address?

If you need to update your delivery address, please complete our contact form and include your order number and the correct address.

Please note: our warehouse team processes orders as quickly as possible, so we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to update the address before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, we can still help guide you through redirecting your parcel via Australia Post using your tracking details.

What if I’m not home when my parcel is delivered?

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will either be left in a safe place (where available) or Australia Post will leave a card with instructions on how to collect it or arrange redelivery.

Where is my order?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey and see the latest delivery updates.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We start processing orders straight away, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet - is that normal?

Yes - sometimes tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your dispatch email, especially during busy periods. If it hasn’t updated after 2 business days, reach out and we’ll investigate.
