"Purchased this jumper in my usual size and needed to send it back as it was too big. Was then sent a smaller size which was still a little big but after wearing it and washing it once, it shrunk. Should have stuck with the original size. Otherwise the jumper is nice."
"The first one i ordered had a v. sml hole in the ribbing at front, I contacted customer service, they were fantastic & extremely accommodating. They provided return label & sent me a knew one by express post, they were really apologetic. Great customer service. Love it, warm & great quality!"
