"Ordered from Nz as couldnt get bigger size here,customer service from Joyce was outstanding. I got miss-sized crew and a replacement was sent and received yesterday. Love the bubblegum color and started wearing strait away. I thought ordering from Nz would be an issue but not at all if you have the right people to resolve issues,very glad to have had great experience and very happy with crew. "Love the bright pink with navy colorway. Im a big fan of brand/logos and this stands out. It was heavier than expected so gives me the sense of top quality. The side splits and interval hem gives freedom for more movement. This is my 3rd foxwood item,i ordered this from Nz,the customer service above others. I got on tuesday and wore the past 3 days getting compliments on the nice navy/pink colorway. Very happy with it."
"Purchased this jumper in my usual size and needed to send it back as it was too big. Was then sent a smaller size which was still a little big but after wearing it and washing it once, it shrunk. Should have stuck with the original size. Otherwise the jumper is nice."
